Milan, Italy is gearing up for the upcoming Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games with an innovative digital communication format called #FuoriCasa. The campaign, launched by Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee, aims to build excitement and engagement leading up to the 2026 Winter Olympics in Italy.
The #FuoriCasa concept celebrates the unique Italian spirit during the Paris 2024 Games, positioning them as a crucial milestone on the Road to Milano Cortina 2026. With a playful and ironic tone, the campaign will highlight how Italian athletes and fans experience the Olympics “outside of home” while looking forward to hosting the Winter Games in 2026.
At the heart of the campaign is TikTok content creator Ludovica Tomasoni, who has been appointed as the new Digital Ambassador for Milano Cortina 2026. She will spearhead a TikTok challenge that invites content creators to showcase the Italian spirit in Paris.
The TikTok challenge encourages creators to explore and share their experiences of living between Italy and France. Participants are asked to create videos answering questions like: How does an Italian live in Paris? What makes them feel at home? What are the similarities and differences between the two countries hosting consecutive Olympic Games?
Content creators can participate by posting videos on TikTok using the hashtag #FuoriCasa and tagging @MilanoCortina2026 before July 20th. Selected creators will have the opportunity to join the #FuoriCasa Team and experience a unique opportunity during the Paris 2024 Games.
